Is marketing team lead and membership coordinator jobs going away or staying?

If I understood correctly there numbers were not going to show up on the kpi
We are one of the clubs that has an Acosta rep. I don't think its going as planned because about a month ago they went through and got rid of a bunch of them. I know the new rep we have can't be doing too good either cause our numbers are normal. The 3rd party approach is never going to work.
St Louis clubs are testing a third party Acosta marketing until November 12, 2019. They are salaried and they do receive a bonus/commission if they sell more than their quota. We are all waiting to see if the marketing lead and coordinators will be eliminated/replaced by the third party or if we will keep our jobs. We were not a part of the block schedule and we did not receive a pay raise.
I remember when outside business was eliminated in marketing about 10 years ago. That left team lead and the coordinator. It appears they are trying to bring it back is some clubs. Cold calls every day.
Marketing has gone away 2 times in the past. Try not to worry. It won’t change anything.
Stepped down as marketing lead earlier this year & it's just been my coordinator running the show since. No signs of the lead position being replaced.
All clubs who don’t have a lead are not allowed to fill that position. Just that being said sounds like it will not return or if it does it will not be at this time. They are testing out the salary position in select clubs that will (rumor) make commission for going above the goals.
The reason people are asking this because they are interested in hearing if there any other clubs already doing something. If you do care for this subject just skip it.
@1vss then it looks like time is almost up. These rumors usually s— around for a couple years before they happen.
Who's not sick of hearing this question already .... yes the job is going away .. get out now while you can. Now please stop asking this question every other day ..

It's just a matter of time of when they decide they're going to tell us they have an outsourced marketing they are testing Acosta in some areas and they are also using a single salaried position called membership representative in other areas that they're testing they just want to see what goes best
