Make a mistake and your job will end. ..no write up nothing. Not 1 minute over your given tine..even if you HAVE TO WORK Thru lunch..made to get rid of time by leaving early. No concerns about the older generation. Care nothing about employees anymore. ETHICAL..NOT

Their delivery is ham-handed and heartless. What a terrible, awful, horrible way to end a long and dedicated tenure with U.S. Bank. I'm sure everyone was looking forward to sharing a 40th anniversary milestone celebration with her! We are nothing more than part of the machinery anymore. Some are closing out their accounts, getting rid of their stock. There have been three consecutive years of BIG waves of layoffs that I know of. People so want to be proud of where they work and try to focus on how this makes sense. But people are hurt by their callousness (and weird, abrupt judgement calls/decision making). And we are nervous. And scared. And scarred. Would you recommend a friend or family member to work here, they ask on surveys.
Due to automation and outsourcing globally, there is every indication that this isn't the end of the layoffs. The next round(s) may be worse.
Pulling everything from US Bank. I know pretty much the whole Community and I will get them to pull from there as well. So sad, soooo very sad. My teller coordinator has been at our branch for 39 years and she gets a phone call telling her that her job is eliminated!!!! That was so sh–ty! Could’ve at least had the district manager come down and talk to her! 😔she started their right out of high school and is dedicated! she does so much for our branch, she is are rock. If she does not apply, I am leaving as well... no doubts
