DC to Club Transfer

I work at a Sam's DC, and I'm planning to transfer to a club that is closer to where I live. Does anyone know how your pay is calculated when you transfer from a DC to a Club? I'm currently making 21.50, and hoping to at least keep the same pay.

Do not transfer to any club. We need a union more now than ever before. We cannot possibly get all this work done and get out on time.

Stay at the DC for your own good. Managers were told at our club that if they step down they start all over at $11.00 per hour. No credit, thus they stay a manager or leave the company. Stay at the DC.

It depends on what position you are accepting at the club you will probably lose some money unless you are taking a lead position my advice would be stay at the DC there is alot of turmoil in the clubs right now.
