Worst Place in Wilson to Work

Anyone who is unfortunate enough to work there or has worked there, knows what I am talking about. They are a cruel company and are the worst at playing favorites. If you do not s— up and brown nose the bosses, you are treated worse than dirt and have no chance of promotion NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU WORK. I think the severance packages are a thing of the past, and now they will eliminate only the NON Brown nosers by job incompentence by creating unrealistic and humanly impossible goals that will have to be reached. This, of course, will only apply to the people that are not the pets. The pets can stay on their cell phone all day and never work as long as they laugh whenever their boss EXPECTS them to laugh. Terrible place to work. They try to dehumanize and humiliate you as much as possible. The managers are the worst that I have worked for. Get out while you still have any dignity left.

Bb&t is worst place to work. Weather its winston salem, wilson or Raleigh. Racist slurs are everywhere. One of female racist joker pm always on complaining to manager despite of her not following sdlc and very nasty jokes on races during meetings. I worked whole nights and days and in respond they kicked me off in merger. Worst place to work.

Without out a doubt I am concerned for my job, the direction management has taken is horrible and morale the lowest I have ever seen. I'm leaving the bank in March on my own accord, sooner if they decide not to pay out incentives.

Wow that's pretty dang sad. How could you not be frustrated, anxious or concerned about your career welfare when little information has been given to most and we're sitting ducks. Of course you're going to have your bad days especially now that workloads are getting heavier because of it. It's a shame there's so much fear right now...and worse that this confirms your should be.

I agree, they are already making modifications to the severance packages and we have been instructed as managers to document anyone bad mouthing what's going on. That is how they are getting around severance after the merger. Sad but true, be careful who you share with in the office and certainly through Instant messaging, everyone's being watched.

The poster may sound pretty but they have a point. Im in Wilson too and it's not far from the truth at all.
It's all about who you know and not what you know 90% of the time.

Unfortunately there's not many other options unless you commute to Raleigh or work for minimum wage.
