Anyone have any insight on restructures coming?

I hope we get raises....leads all got $6 raises which is crazy...ciz some dont do $hit. O wait we are getting a FREE TURKEY...LOL Doesnt make up for the nightmare we have all been living for past 6 months with all these mo–nic changes
When are managers going away? I keep hearing that but they are still there and we still don't have a raise
Why would u think u would get a team lead job over someone that has been there a long time. Unless maybe u kiss butt and u just may. Hang In there and pucker up only way u will get team lead job. Just syaing
For sure would like to see less managers, and more team leads. I am a recent hire and want a chance at a team lead job.

Yeah I hope so to. I am really thinking if they don't give me a raise in Feb I am gonna find something else. I have been there 5 urs and I only make 11.22
One can wish this is true. My MGR is bad.
2 mgrs going away and more raises coming to hourilies. 1 Fresh and one Merchandising mgris going away.
