Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Once Richard left and Andy took over the sink began to sink. Under Andy, this company’s business model revolves around everything that happens at Chase. “Customer Obsession”, “Digital Engagement”, “Regional Executive”, “Cluster Leader”, “Community Possible” you name it and Chase has already implemented it long before US Bank. The sad thing is that many of the leaders at US Bank take credit for ideas that began at Chase. To the thousands of current employees being affected by the changes there are plenty of openings at Chase. Let US Bank continue to be ‘agile’ and go work for a company with a real vision and money to back it up.
