Recognize that this is GRAVITY.
External recruiters know this is happening and are looking for good candidates like you. Stay positive by focusing your energy on finding that new opportunity. Put yourself out there. Work on what you can control and influence. Don't allow this to control you.
Everyone is so sick of the not knowing that it’s not only impacting moral but also production.
Just do it already
They are playing a very dangerous game with people that can mess a lot of stuff up for them!! People paying claims that should not be pd and UHC has to deduct from future payments. With so many of the management on PTO so they do not forfeit it, are they going to catch people that let cases go out of compliance. Don’t pretend people are not petty.....don’t play with fire. If they are going to swing the axe than man up and swing it!
Laid off today in OptumRX Specialty Pharmacy Billing. Last day 12/4.
I second that about C&S Medicaid. Managers and leads using PTO like crazy since last week all un-announced. No communication, case counts are lower than ever and this is supposed to be our “busy” season. No word yet but I’m sure it’s coming and soon.

Same here in M&R prior Auth. People using PTO like wildfire. I’m ready. I’ve had enough
Haven’t heard of any yet but our volumes are low and there’s a feeling of impending doom here in C&S Medicaid. I feel like everyone has a “IDGAF” attitude.
