I gotta say, this new desk looks cheap. Definitely not upscale. Might as well be a couple saw horses topped with particle board. And people are going to pay to shop here? Home office must be joking.

Another reaction to the desk change: some of our job applicants have a hard time with the website, application, and GLMS process. Some were current members. We're going to have members self serve?

I had understood that it's just two sections of current metal desk put together. I wasn't a big fan of it when it was new but I adjusted.
I'm getting to the point that I want to be a greeter more often. Less expectations, same pay.
The club set up screams out to the member "YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!"

We've got cheap low class RGM'S & MM's, it's to be expected in clubs. Whatcha gonna do? Keep it cheap
Goes good with the how the rest of the club looks CHEAP,under stocked , dirty , holes everywhere yeah it goes great with the new membership desk. And click and pull being put where the old desk was looks SO TACKY all the flatbeds stick out in the members way looks messy & it's hard to get out the door.

How does it look any cheaper than the old old one? It’s just an “island” design as opposed to a peninsula shape; the new one is literally segments of the old one (they put segments of the old together and throw out the remainders). What’s your idea of “cheap?” What are you even talking about? For the record: I HATE the new model; I think it’s sh– all-around but you appear to be just making stuff up. It’s the exact same desk but smaller and arranged in a different shape. If the new one is cheap-looking than the old one is too.
