Any Way to See Real Numbers?

In our packets that we received roughly 45 days before our LDW, the figure that the retention is based on was the same as the estimate from the meeting. For me, it’s 40% of my hourly wage X 40 X 26 weeks. For the majority of the time I worked following that meeting, I worked well over 40 hours, bumping that total up much higher than the estimate. Just curious if anyone has heard whether we would be able to see actual numbers instead of estimates

It will be revised once you're done. U can get an accurate estimate by going back to when u were notified & the start date of retention period. Just deduct any PTO days used & multiply earnings by .4 & you have your total retention $$.
