Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Not this time

They are cutting people from teams that are already struggling to do everything that has to be done. And I don't think they plan to hire any replacements any time soon - if ever. So who will do all the work of those who were laid off? Are they expecting us to pick up their work when we are already overworked and underpaid? Not happening this time, I'm guaranteeing you that.

Yall must be very happy to be leaving such a bad company who over work you and are so inconsiderate. Must be terrible not having the ability or freedom to leave of your own choice when you realize how badly you were being treated.

This will be the 3rd day of layoffs. 832 people must take a long time to let go. So much knowledge is being let go. It worries me. And, you are right - who is going to do the work? Outsourcing and efficiencies is what we are being told.
