How many membership associates does each club have? (Not counting door) and how many fulltime and how many part time?

We have way too many. Don’t need 2 at the desk plus an entrance greeter at all in the morning. Less room at the desk less room for associates to sit and lean. Do the math.
9 Desk Associates total at my club.
3 full time and the rest are part time.
We are worried about our jobs now that our desk is going away and we will only have a small cube with a few iPads, a register, and ONE phone...our phones are constantly blowing up. We all know theres no possible way we will all continue to be scheduled at our newly non existant desk.
3 full time, 3 part time member service associates and with one register and two tablets, most of us find something else to do. Can't imagine how this is going to work when the desk moves to the door. Probably the same way. But I'm not going to be sent to the floor, while door greeters sit on their stools.
Door associates never learned to work the desk, so I forsee major problems. From my understanding there will be no room at the new desk to train. Not even sure where the go back and claims carts will sit, let alone all the other stuff, supplies, radio chargers, and the like.
2 full time, 3 part time
We have 5 full time
4 partime
