At least one thing is done right. At least one wouldn’t get harassed anymore for not having a useless convo with SMs or lets NOW say only a SM soon to come.

Who said there would be no mid coaches? That still goes on in my area
The OP just stated that there will be no Mid Coaches, which will make them empowered. Mid Coaches are a waste of time. SMs are of no help. Its about time they realized this.

Thats not all that is soon to come. Prepare to do something other than retail if you want to survive.
