We get told before any visit regional and MM, to only say positive things about block schedules and the new roles. How are they supposed to know how bad things really are if they are only told about the positives?

Yes to the picture taking...its all Bull$hit. If you want the shelves full all the time...close the f'ing doors...let me fill the shelves....wait let members in now...BUT DONT TOUCH WE MIGHT GET A VISIT...WTF
Yours actually talk to associates on their visits without a bodyguard (manager)???? They don't talk to anyone, except maybe new associates who don't know any better.
@1qsd - Please see my post @11NU1xTg for somewhat of a rundown. Keep in mind that I didn't rant and rave like I do here. I tactfully pointed out my concerns and explained exactly what I feel is so frustrating about block scheduling, what it has done, and how astonishing it is for me that anyone could have looked at this in advance and thought it would work in anyone's favor other than as a nifty means of slashing payroll. I pointed out the disparity in available hours of productivity and the insufficiencies in staffing. I talked about Workday and how it hurts the club. I said it would be in your best interest to visit every club in your market without any advance notice and to do so as if you're just another member going shopping.
Anyway, the response was pretty much nothing. It was obvious that this person had no preparation for this kind of feedback.
Pretty sure if they know they are coming they will find a way for me to be off work
Lol even in grass roots meeting they won't let me talk and when I try they say oh we can discuss they later. But yeah if they want the truth I will give it to them I will not lie about anything for anyone.

Well apparently ither I didn't get that memo or I flat out ignored it. We had a visit from our MM five days ago and had a little pow-wow for 45 minutes. It probably would have finished after 30 minutes but I had to get my two cents in. So I distributed an earful while my colleagues sat in silence and, I assume, disbelief. I don't give a f— what the repercussions are. These people have to know what's really going on and why. Hiding it from them and not saying anything every time they grace us with their presence, is unacceptable. Silence is what they expect. Keeping your mouths shut while they continue to f— around with all these clubs with all these f—ing ridiculous boneheaded changes, only makes our jobs more miserable and increases the disarray of the stores we work in. Either we give a f— or we don't. Personally, I'm not entirely dependent on this job, so I'll be more than happy to say what I have to say. F— it, I'll go deliver pizzas if I have to. But I'm not going to be intimidated into silence by a bunch of clueless f—nuts who are out there flaunting their goddamn title in our faces and expecting us to just kiss their asses and buy into this horribly bad system.
You have a voice use it don't ever let someone speak for you..
And if you don't you will find yourself on the other side of their fence. Full club walks in a sat or Sunday midday especially day before a holiday and expect club to be 100%. Pictures zoomed in on the one table of clothing that is not completely folded just to make it look worse. Wait behind members on a busy busy time of the day then take pictures as they notice them mess it up. Walk down to the next club and they are tore up with no visit and nothing ever said because they did bow down to those RGM's & MM's deceitful, dishonest ways.
They cannot make you say anything however they can make it very difficult for you in the future so you make your choice.
