You can always tell the non agreement when they start bringing up severance pay
Getting fired from UP is not a problem especially if you get a severance package. It’s more like the end of Shawshank redemption where the good guys escape and enjoy the rest of their life’s.

Honest question if anyone knows the real answer but what does unemployment pay? I know if you've been employed more than 10 years you get months but whats it pay? $1500 per month?
