I would like to know if the front end Manager(s) do the schedule for Cashiers Door Greeter, Gas and carts, or do they pass it on to the MSS'?

Company has no consistency in this aspect. A lead clearly shouldn't be doing schedules if their sign-in doesn't allow them. Plus with block scheduling a manager only has to do the PT people.
MSS does every one schedule and runs Sam's club
We have 1 manager does all club schedules

We have 2 front end managers....one of the "most recently" promoted MSS' is doing the schedules. They hired so many people however there is never more than 2 checkouts open at the same time. The excuse is people have exceptions to when they can work. Really? What ever happened to be available open to close, 7 days a week? And the block scheduling is such a joke, lots of favoritism.
In our club an 18 year old, hired at 17 off the street directly to a full time MTL position, does the front end schedule. It looks as if our new front end mgr has no clue what to do.
Front End Mgr does; MSL, cashiers, carts, Speciality Mgr does Membership, Door Greeter, Click N Pull, Gas Station, Maintenance, review TBA,.
