Well said. Sam's Club now app will not save the company. We have been for some time now Wal-mart with a door fee. As a whole we have been compared to k-mart / sears on there former good days.

Seemless shopping I don't think that even exist at Costco or Amazon. All retailers are chasing digital.

They only have themselves to blame and everyone with at least a semi-functional brain would agree.

Mass walkouts would be great and what this company deserves, but this isn't a Hollywood movie and most people need their paycheck which means they'll continue to put up with this b—s— till another opportunity comes along, or just stick around till their positions are eliminated.

One thing I am certain about is that Walmart really doesn't seem to have any idea what it wants to do with Sam's. They aren't interested in competing with or trying to be like Costco. So until the Sam's Club Now is ready to be launched on a broad scale, Sam's Club is the option for people who don't care about service, cleanliness, availability, sophistication, or seemless, problem-free shopping. Basically an otherwise unsophisticated, money-saving type of audience. Which is what's left after all the members who do care about all those things have abandoned us for Costco, who is more than capable of providing it.

Sadly, I don't think it could ever be organized.
