Digital life?

I understand how much digital is affecting everyone's personal life but I really HATE this whole digital way that we are now expected to embrace at work. Most members don't want to see us running around with iPad's and phones and most associates don't get any real communication with management as is. With this new direction several associates and myself as well believe this is another way for mgmt to avoid facing us when we have problems or complaints. I do not want to communicate by notes. In trying to "improve" our business corporate is k–ling it. Digital hiring, follow up, kiosks that never work, assignments, build to's and now communications is just going to destroy this company.

What we need to do is really start sending them notes of what's really happening. Meaning if someone treats us bad, if we witness unethical behaviors, daily concerns that go ignored, safety violations, post pictures of terrible neighboring clubs of the MM & RGM's pets. Market managers who have zero integrity or care about our teams. They want everything on record and digital, let's give it to them. Then print for our own record. When nothing gets addressed, go out on stress leave and you have proof issues they just ignore.
