Freezer cooler should go completely to fresh if anything. With the big raises the leads in fresh got its only fair they get more responsibility.
0% chance anyone has a clue what will happen in the new year. New CEO will bring a entire new landscape to Sam's. Could be better could be worse, no one knows.

Some pharmacy consolidations with Walmart. Especially when very close together and/or underperforming. Also optical.

I think 1 front end manager position will get eliminated. My club doesn't need 2 especially with the start of a salaried marketing position that will be in the club during busy days I would think.
Next I would think it would be going back down to 1 fresh manager. Put the boxes (freezer cooler) back fully to the floor to take care of to makes the move more balanced.
