Managers hours

Is any other club seeing their coaches coming in hours late and leaving early most days? We have a couple who are always an hour or more late every day. Nothing is done. And they want to hold associates accountable for their attendance??? Why one set of rules for them??

I think its clear which of these comments are coming from egotistical managers who are most likely doing the same thing.
Our GM comes in hours...plural..HOURS late almost every day. We are told she will be here by 1 and by 3..still not there. She has also brought all of her friends to be ASMs and hired friends on as MSL as well. It hasn't gone well to say the least. I've never seen employees less knowledgeable on their jobs before her reign. Cashiers and MSLs barely know how to run registers. The front end manager doesn't know how to use the register at all. It's a complete circus.

Even as salary, they are expected to come in and stay for a certain amount of time.

Here’s how I know they’re coming in late and leaving early....we got locked out of the building at 4am because 1 lead was on vacation, the other was off, and the manager didn’t get in until after 5. THEN to top it off, her sorry butt left BEFORE any of the 4am crew because she was “tired”. That’s just one of MANY examples for her and doesn’t include the other managers who do the same.

How do you know there coming in late or leaving early? How do you know the managers schedule? You creep around in the office and check it? You have to put better use of your time to working then stalking the managers

We've got one manager who you never see. She might and that's rare answer the walkie. But then again our gm leaves by 11 everyday too. And they wonder why the stores a mess 🙄

Mangers are salaried and they are not clocking in and out. They also are required to put in more hours than most associates. Some work harder than others and then there are the ones who are on a constant pity party hiding out in marketing or PTC office. When the store is crazy and the front end is out of control with lines, only one of the front end managers is always on the floor helping.

We also have one that constantly leave early. He always does it when our CM isnt here.. Not sure how thats ok but if we ask to leave early he tells us no, that we have too much work to do.
