Eddie just needs to admit failure. He's starving Hometown of product, FLS closing all over the US and NOW he’s giving a cash infusion to a failing concept. Hometown owners are walking away in droves, maybe Eddie wants those smaller markets for his “Transform” concept. Let them all go Eddie.

I told my Sears colleagues as long as 10 years ago that this was Lampert's plan. They all looked at me as if I'd landed from Mars, but here we are. A combined total of 182 stores

I don't think a lot of people understand that EL has profited off of the demise of Sears. You underestimate this man.
