They outsource to Landmark Health Nurse care managers and pay these nurses $80,000 and upwards and none in Ohio even have a CCM or a clue about NCQA or HEDIS measures lol. It’s a shame as the Ohio Market is corrupt and eager to terminate anyone exposing their wrongdoing. Hope Humana cuts Landmark Health Ohio Market off real soon!
