What happened to that other thread about the curious bonus (bone us) scheme?
What say ye now?
All I know right now is that I've heard of a management change happening at CSW. If my Manager changes, I quit. This is a sanctuary from others and should remain that way if they actually want to inspire people to work through ever hardening conditions. That 60+ more years you want, my existing management will bring, the other options will destroy it in less than 10.
Hauppauge about 31 got laidoff
Hauppauge had layoffs last week.
I’ve heard there were some layoffs in Hauppauge, NY. Can anyone confirm this?
Too bad they destroyed the unity we once saw at CSW. Had this happened a couple of years ago they would have had of a fight on their hands with the way they've begun to treat us. Heard Big B from up the street was looking; if they treat us better by all means, divest away. I firmly believe Harris has already destroyed the company many of us actually liked back in the day. Gongzilla, I hope you read this. We were supposed to trust you? You've proven yourself to be as trustworthy as Epstein's s–c-de.
Someone who has had enough of the stupidity PLEASE call out upper management in the middle of the upcoming meeting!
Legacy Harris executives: "How can we get everyone off site so we can close down the facility?" CSW management: "How does next Tuesday at the Maverick Center sound?"
I know 17 people were laid off in one day at CSW.
Well considering they make less than half of the older ones it's pretty safe to assume who's gonna get the axe first. The younger ones will get it too eventually.
A lot of young "do nothing all day" folks work there too!
5 high paid managers all retired on the same day last week. Its pretty obvious they are forced to retire. To beFrank, they arent missed by anyone. I hope there is more to come. A good start but there is still alot of boomers that do nothing all day while making ridiculous salaries. Good bye. The gravy train has come to a stop.
I Havent seen anything to validate these claims yet.
Layoffs will probably hit the manufacturing floor by next year.
Too many redundancies with legacy Harris SATCOM, more to come.
It's just the beginning – more layoffs and forced retirement are coming across the organization...
What exactly is a "forced retirement?" Do you mean people of retirement age (and eligibility) are being laid off?
