Anyone getting a sams share for the 3rd qtr? Manager told us we will not receive one due to accidents. We had same number of accidents in the 2nd qtr and still had a $800 dollar one. ???????

Lol, my managers claim not to know yet I honestly think its goona be either very low or nothing freaking MX Voices k–l us we have almost nobody on the floor from 1230-3 and the people we do have to tend to be stuck being used as back up runners for registers around 1015 am almost daily they call for floor associates to come to be runners and then everyone who is mad that our hours have changed to 9:00 am so I think we are deep up a creek this quarter.
This is the first time our store is getting one. And I'm honestly shocked that were getting it.
All I got was a rock.
If I had to guess what they want to do is just make it a flat $250 a quarter. They can still use the metrics they use now and control how many associates get the share.
