So why hasn't pursued an industry or private equity partner? Chk has a scale problem as it cannot adequately service the assets. Case in point is Haynesville. No drilling and just sitting there declining with value diminishing. This asset is still valuable in the market.

At this stage of the game it is too late for that, the wild horse deal was “Custers last stand” if you will, the soldiers are out of bullets and it only a matter of time.
But hell, maybe Nick has one more card trick up his sleeve.
