Why managers did not schedule an associate if they know we have an event going on. We are short stuff all over. We work our a– so freaking hard to make our members happy then we have one manager just standing around and smiling at the door. Dude we don’t need you to stand at the door we have doorgreeters for that. Then pushing all of us to get plus and credit as usual. Members are complaining about our service cause we are short stuff. Fix the schedule please.

Well our store did good today, we had 350 people sitting out in the cold most for phones. All employees pulled together and something I haven't seen in a very long time. My only complaint was people in line getting a lot of phones making otheres there appointment so I hated that. We had one woman take up 30 min just scheduling appointments for 16 phones. I feel u should be there if but want an appointment. I understand 3 or even 4 but no more than that. Another thing that bothered me we had a lot bring in receipt and want the sale price which they had bout days ago one was even a month a go and we had to let them have it. I was annoyed about that. People stand out there for long time and I just don't think that is on. Other than that we did really good today and rocked it. Very proud of our team

Why didn't they give the appointments to wireless too! They gave them the jobs! They should give them the whole package!
