Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Directorship changes

HG-M not running. Has been selling steadily.
Without him and MH, Oracle plans only 13 directors.
Why does this matter? No new "independent" director, less governance to counter buybacks and stoodges. Your fates are set.

They named a new Board member. He is actually smart. Maybe he can be groomed to be actual new CTO.
Stanford had nice obit for HG-M RIP.

According to LE reporting pay data is a waste of time and money. O is already committed to equal pay for equal work and even has 4 women on its Board of Directors!

Am sure they invested money saved in Cloud infrastructure. Or maybe stock buybacks since LE probably thinks putting any more resources into O is waste of time and money too.
