Worked for him for over a year and was not impressed. I am ambivalent here.

Seems layoffs have only been on the executive level, just want them to get over with everything so ppl know whether they're safe or not before the holidays

I'm curious to see how ViacomCBS is going to retain talent with continuous lay offs, zero job security, and loading more and more on less and less. Anyone with foresight sees the writing on the wall. As with the printing press, we're seeing the final days of big broadcast networks.

McCarthy does not understand humor. He will push Comedy Central further away from the cutting edge.

Comedy Central hasn’t had any innovative and successful shows come out in some time. Hopefully a fresh outlook could help. Not sure how this affect those working for the network. It can’t be a good sign for them.

Seeing Kent out means no one is safe. He was a successful and well loved leader who got Key and Peele, Amy Schumer, Broad City their starts. Speaking of starts, time to update your resumes. Success and talent means nothing for job security.
