All the politics, backstabbing, constantly dropping employee morale, horrible and borderline abusive managers... Will things ever change? Or are we stuck in this nightmare for good? I'm honestly not sure how much more of this I can take. The moment I get an opportunity, I'm out of here.

I am so sorry to say that things will not change for the better at Nike - not for a long time. Too bad because there are some great teammates but not enough to make one want to stay. No one can tell you what is best for you - only you know that. Trust your heart and your head. May you find happiness beyond Nike.
As an escapee, I promise that you can create a better life with more $, career growth, and!!! work with people who walk the talk. Nike is a corporation that sells shoes. They don’t save the world (even if W+K makes it sound like they might).
imagine what nike could accomplish as a business with all the employee energy wasted on just surviving the dysfunction & abuse.
Sounds like you’ve taken the Red Pill but are surrounded by those still on the Blue Pill. You know what I mean - in those private moments (well off campus) when you’re with a co worker, both discussing your dissatisfaction, and you float the idea of leaving.... the look of total shock and disbelief. As if you’ve just said the unmentionable, the unthinkable.
Just know there’s life beyond the berm, and it’s a good one.
Just walk away. Or be happy with the same disappointing situation a year from now wrapped in a new label, logo and slogan. Your choice!
You're in an abusive Nike relationship, you can stay and continue to get beat up or take charge of your life and find a new love. There are quite a few opportunities beyond the berm, walk away and don't look back, you will be glad you did but disappointed with yourself that you took the abuse for as long as you did. Trust me I have been through it.
Feel the same.
