Whats up with all the construction in the 1201? Keep seeing dozens of construction workers everyday. New office space maybe? Seems like whatever is going on its important.

I don't think the OP is referring to the elevators at all or even anything in the 1207 Bldg. They are most likely referring to the large area on the 2nd floor of the 1201 Building where the data center used to be. Very large area might be a shop type area. Does not appear to be an administrative type area(from a very limited view).
Some posters are sooo out of touch.
The elevators in 1207 are being replaced. Why would they do that while trying to sell the building? Now, the bathrooms are indeed in need of upgrades.
I wonder if other Fortune 100 companies have roaches in their bathrooms?
Even slums have working elevators with certificates (in a remote location).
Calm down.
All is well, don't you know.
Elevators have had fail/safe system that prevents dropping any significant distance for over a century. Don't worry about it.
Those 1207 elevators are continually broken and a number of employees have been stuck in them over the years. Heard it would cost about $2M to fix, which the company won't pay. Always afraid one of them is going to drop one day. Spraying for pests, broken and leaking pipes (5th floor anyone?), overflowing toilets leading to shutting down bathrooms and once forcing employees to go to other buildings to use the restroom. It's no surprise they couldn't sell the building. Safety and hygiene don't seem to be high on the Honeywell list.
Sites close, and there it goes.
Hw treats us like cattle

Close a site, fix up the receiving destination.
I thought that is where they were moving Anniston to
Open office concept area where the old data center used to be.
