A while back, the question on the lp audit, “is the store manager working 2 nights a week?” was taken off. Our DL had LP put the question back on the Audit. Has this happened in any other district? We also had to sign papers that if we didn’t work 2 nights a week we could get terminated.

Nothing. But then again neither do 90% of the c-ap posted here.
What does this have to do with the purpose of this site - layoffs?
That’s what I want to know, if there is a policy. If there’s not a corporate wide policy, DL’s shouldn’t be allowed to make their own rules up.
Is there a policy stating if SMs are required to work 2 nights a week, etc.?
It is actually going to be scored on MSH along with schedule optimization. That is what our DL told us on a conference call. I guess we will all see come January.
AP doing anything and everything to justify jobs right now, they are in trouble and they know it.
LP at CVS is a joke.
Good teams and good managers minimize shrink and keep stores in line.
At-will employment is a term used in U.S. labor law for contractual relationships in which an employee can be dismissed by an employer for any reason (that is, without having to establish "just cause" for termination), and without warning, as long as the reason is not illegal (e.g. firing because of the employee's race ...
Not on the audit. It sounds like your DL and/or RD likes to write their own policies. DLs can’t make you sign off on any policy that is not officially from CVS. That in of it's self is against policy. Corp HR/Advice and counsel would not support a termination. However, if they enter the performance feedback into mysuccess and it was worded properly it could hold up. That being said, they could make your life miserable by enforcing other policies. Tread lightly but smartly
Haven’t heard of any changes
Case of RM making his own policy
It came off our Audit two years ago.

I just had an audit last week. No mention of it whatsoever.
