When are we going to have another non transparent town hall

We probably won't see a Town Hall for a while. They would have to be somewhat transparent and that's not possible. What would it be about, all the RIF's, New Senior Management Hires and Senior Management newly created positions.
Sad to see the RIFs continue at AIG. I guess it will never change.
My favorite Town Hall was where BD said that no one should ever stay with a company more than 5 years.
Right after that one, he really ramped up the RIFs for long-term employees.
Maybe a ray of hope => Life after AIG is fantastic. I work for a great firm now, that is making lots of money and people are enthusiastic about putting work into a company that is growing and treats it's employees well.
AIG is like the old Munsters house with buzzards sitting outside in the tree. You don't have to stay there - if you're hanging on because you get a good severance (long term employee) then I can understand - otherwise, take this time to find a (much) better job and leave at a time of your own choosing.
Good luck to those who remain - I truly sympathize!!! Just know that life outside AIG is much nicer (with the right company) and you can find a new job that's fulfilling and makes you happy to go there.
