Working in MA and a while back my bonus stipulated a 1 month notoce period. Is this enforcable? What's the clawback/payout structure on bonuses?

It you try it you are guaranteed to learn the realities of clawback. HR rules are for little people. If you can walk out without proper notice and clawback, then you certainly already know that you can. Wink wink nod nod...
