Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Stealth layoffs already happening in Factoria

Happened to me after 5 years of working there - one of the minions Legere's inner circle didn't like me. I've been getting calls every week as others tell me of their layoff. Severance was actually better than I would have expected.

S—s getting laid off, but it is what it is. Met lots of great people at T-Mobile, but also experienced perhaps the most toxic culture I have experienced in my career. Legere seems to be a genuinely decent dude - but I don't think his demeanor is the best for the people he has under him. Let's just say the talent at the SVP/VP level is underwhelming in their leadership skills.

If you’re a citizen you need to let the DOJ immigrant and Employee Rights division. They’re taking the Buy American Hire American mandate very seriously.

Legere does indeed seem like a genuinely decent guy. But I wholeheartedly agree, the team he has under him EVP/SVP/VP are totally unqualified. Not impressed by a single one of them.

Massive layoff of contract workers, some there nearly 10 years, in Bothell, Factoria, and other locales including remote workers happened September 30th, and throughout the month of October.
