The sale has completed and looks like heads are rolling at Tower. All leadership roles taken over by L&W. Many layoffs expected this week.

F— tower. Poorly run, sh–ty culture.
Jim Gouin was just doing his job?!?!?! If leaving his employees hanging out to dry while lining his pockets with about $30M dollars is what you call doing his job, then mission accomplished.
The ENTIRE BOARD did not do ONE THING to protect their employees. They took their money and ran without any regard for the people who worked their asses off to make the company marketable.
They should all be ashamed of themselves, but their actions have already proven they care about NOTHING but themselves.
Congrats Tower Board for screwing everyone but yourselves.
Jim Gouin was doing what was best for Jim Gouin. He didn’t care one bit about the rest of the stick holders or Tower employees. He had one goal from when he got the job and that was to make himself the most money he could.
Jim Gouin was just doing his job and maximizing shareholder value. Get over it!!!!
As the companies merge all cuts are coming from Tower side. Seems as though the plan is to get rid of most corporate Tower employees except a few.
The cuts came fast and furious and are going to continue coming for the next couple weeks. Almost all Tower leadership was let go. They are moving on to the rest of the work force in their corporate and Grand Rapids office next. It appears they are looking to get rid of most of Tower's processes. Probably to save money and resale within a couple years.
S—s to be the buyee instead of the buyer. The L&W management team will be running Tower like one small cog in the AGG wheel.
