Nobody wants to stay because who wants to do a job that gets paid more than they do. It's ridiculous how associates are having to other people's jobs and those jobs get it paid more. How does home office justify asking associates to do the jobs of people who make more? It's just ridiclious

For years I've watched us have difficulty filling positions. Working for this company is never high on anyone's list and the last several years have proven that over and over again without fail. Farming out most of the personnel process to Workday has only made it worse. It used to take a couple weeks to get new hires into the building and out on the floor. Now it takes over a month and by then, most of the time they're gone. The ones that do manage to stay never last very long. The hiring process is such a trainwreck, they're already walking into the job itself full of negativity from being jerked around. Then they get jerked around after they finally start and just say f— it and stop coming in. This company has turned into an absolute sh–show at the store level, no new hire in their right mind would want to stay.

it’s like that everywhere! The training is horrible, the atmosphere is awful. Yeah good luck telling a young new hire that they have to push carts, do vip, help zone and stock the store. New hires aren’t making it pass 3 weeks. And managers are sitting in the office eating cup cakes, cookies and watching their fav instagram clips. Can’t wait for the holidays when things are really gonna fall apart.

Didn't think that we still d–g tested. Nevada doesn't. People work for a couple weeks. Get a paycheck and move on

We are lucky if they make it through orientation. They show up for a couple of days then the next day they are gone. They think it is too much work for little pay. New hiring process without PTC is in the tank. Management pushes the ball amongst each other when it comes to interviews and orientation.
Do not see It getting any better, imagine the coming holidays upon us and the mess and lack of staffing just keeps getting worse.

Same here...they are hiring anyone who is upright and breathing. Some are very odd. When you hear a new associated bad mouthing others, well for me that is trouble.

My club is literally hiring ANYBODY that walks in the door! I don’t know how most of them pass the d–g test! Most of them work a week or two and then you never see them again. I don’t even ask their name anymore because they won’t be there long. Home office people should have work in the clubs to see what they have done! Just sayin
