If Wall Street pays any attention to the results from the upcoming Employee Opinion Survey then it should send shareholders running!

Tell you what. I worked there for ten years and left. No exit interview, no request for honest opinions, no thought from Lowe’s that information I had about changes needed to the PSE program might be helpful. Just a push out the door.
CPO, staff cuts, and MARVIN ELLISON!!! Are destroying Lowe’s for the sake of greed and greedy investors.

Nobody cares about EOS. You obviously have no business experience. Lowe’s doesn’t even care. Shareholders only care about the “shares” that’s why they’re called share holders. All these uneducated complaints are hilarious I thank you for the laughs.

The shareholders don’t care. They won’t see it anyway. And guess what, if you have a 401(k) with Lowes, or employee stock purchase program, you are a shareholder. How often have you heard about the survey? Or exercised your rights as a shareholder?

I don’t know how they do in other stores, but every time the survey comes up the ASMs will tell us that not everybody in our department has taken the survey yet and that we need to take it. So if the ASMs are able to track who’s taking it and who hasn’t, then obviously they know how people scored it.

The EOS is a sham!

They could care less about the employees or how they appear as an employer.

Our Store Manager is awesome! It’s the greedy vultures at corporate that view employees as cattle.

Stupid HR kingpin Jen Weber begging for our EOS support after dropping this BS schedule thing was rather comical. I will have a slight grin as I give this cesspool all zeros and ones on the survey, if I bother to take it at all.

If you doubt that shareholders only care about stock price and dividend payouts, remember that there is a literal industry surrounding the mistreatment and exploitation of slave labor, called the prison industrial complex. If anyone with money ever cared, that wouldn't exist. But it does, because capital doesn't care.

The shareholders, primarily DE Shaw and Bill Ackman could care less about the employee opinion survey. If the survey results show that detainees at Guantanamo Bay are happier than Lowe’s employees they won’t care as long as the profits and margins are where they need to be. This is all about one thing and one thing only the major investors. Lowe’s doesn’t really give a c-ap about the customers. We are told with customers to “lock on and pump the well dry.” It’s all about the $$$. If you don’t have a lot to spend go shop at depot, we don’t need poor people in our stores. All about the $$$$. Employee satisfaction is a lower than pond scum
