Anyone work in AIS? Has to be the worst division in the bank, toxic atmosphere and no plan, brutal systems

Their systems are horrible because they lack cohesive workflow or any understanding of how to build out a team. You got to think past the current firefighting or you never get out of it. They'll build it offshore and it will be a mess.

It’s not just in AIS. Structured Funds (UIT, ETF) same thing- toxic environment, horrible systems, horrible managers.
