Anyone work in AIS? Has to be the worst division in the bank, toxic atmosphere and no plan, brutal systems

Toxic unit.....bring on the clowns
Their systems are horrible because they lack cohesive workflow or any understanding of how to build out a team. You got to think past the current firefighting or you never get out of it. They'll build it offshore and it will be a mess.
AIS technology think their systems are world class so you need to feed your system issues upwards
It’s not just in AIS. Structured Funds (UIT, ETF) same thing- toxic environment, horrible systems, horrible managers.
Like like they are hiring new managers, New business?
It’s bad. But pays well.
