New org can be seen in Outlook

For me, at least, it shows that I report to a different manager now...

During today’s meeting, JE said that a factor in the reorg was the “employee experience”. When he was questioned about it, he said “blah blah career growth blah blah more attention blah blah speed blah blah. In other words, ‘How dare you minions question my bold and innovative strategy!’

1aqn me . Add to that he starts off "we are only there to generate revenue and if you not believe that you should go to monster.com (to look for work) " then he chuckled about it . I then tore into his @$$ about the revenue we generate they spend on stock buybacks and then they squeeze us for more.

Re -1aqn
Incredibly unprofessional behavior by the new manager. Really hard to believe, but these days, who knows.

Found out who my new manager is today by looking at TWB (time work bench labor reporting sheet) supervisor heading. Found out the guy has no experience in the engineering field our group does. He had online meeting late today introducing himself . He proceeded to trash my former manager who was walked out last friday. say that extra level of managment JE was not getting his goals fully down to us . But yet the org chart of new guy has all of us from old group. He then starts crowing with laughter about it – of the pace of changes and mentioned "metrics". The meeting ended rather quickly when I gave him a piece of my mind about their metrics.

These cretins didn't even have the decency to tell us face-to-face about the new management structure. I'm sure that JE will tell us tomorrow that there was a "miscommunication" between management, HR and IT, thereby absolving him of any blame.

And a bunch of managers are happy to do real work again.

I heard they are still shuffling the deck. Org chart will likely change.

Yes, it looks like HR updated their database last night because it showed my new manager this morning in HR Direct and in Outlook/Skype. I still have not been notified by my old manager nor my new manager....nice coordination job guys!

Now that they can’t recruit talent with their below average wages, benefits, and work life balance they have to demote managers to do direct charge labor.
