Core/Tech/Port Call wait times is ridiculous!

What is with the 40-50min wait times for employees to wait to get someone to answer to fix issues with customer transactions/activations and port-in errors

This was the worst iPhone launch ever (so its not the huge amount of phones sold) and the call center support for customers and retail has been absolutely garbage.

This company has truly lost its way.

Lost two big business deals due to on hold for more than 90 minutes. Business owner was like seriously isnt this verizon? And left.

" how can we reduce in-store wait times??? I got it, let's make everyone wait 45 mins on hold to get to a rep" ( if we're lucky they may actually be able to help ) while more people filter into the store and have longer and longer wait times while half the store reps are on never ending hold.

Yeah my sup said there are 10,000 port in tickets a month and I was under the impression that people hate Verizon and that we weren’t growing our customer base.

Management has realized they overreached on closing call centers and are paying the price for it in seriously long wait times.
This is why the bids were delayed.
