Even though I can’t say that I expect for things to get better in any way, whatever the leadership does, I’m curious to know what do you think the company direction will be after the new leadership takes the wheel. More of the same or something new?

In only one short year this blue ribbon digital team determined that we should probably move on from FAX. Nobody is going to mess with that kind of momentum.

Many fee engine opportunities but lack of strategy, leadership, performance mind set is mind boggling.
It's a tech world and this is a tech business underneath the relationships...BNY is 0 for 3 for tech acumen, relationship/sales/client-need-understanding ability to execute (can't without strategy and metrics) . Has anyone seen a real measureable business plan and strategy in 10 years?
Gibbons should shoot for that as legacy...
