Oddly enough our quota is not that bad and the same from the previous months. (aug and sept) I honestly wouldn't care if they got rid of commission and just gave us hourly and some spiffs or incentives. It used to be cake to make like 3k-4k commission checks but now you are working more than twice as hard and getting 1.2-1.3's. If you've been there more then a year look back on your old CCRS see the difference between the boxes you move and your current boxes. It's complete Bee S. In actuality they should be paying us more because traffic is so down. Wouldn't that make sense since we are still capitalizing and making sales. This place has become the most backwards sales place next up to a pyramid scheme.

The October quota was the final straw.

Just Gave my 2 weeks after 13 years and 4 winners circles.

As for the Sam’s not picking up the slack, they aren’t getting paid either. So they job hunting too.

t’s just the beginning. If you think it’s gonna gonna stay the same or be not that bad your mistaken.

Update your resumes and apply and find happiness and a decent paycheck again.

They have been saying this for years. The goal is not to get rid of commission, the goal is to eliminate corporate stores. They are making goals unattainable so that when the end of the year results are in they can say these stores are unprofitable and turn them over to indirect.

I can’t believe there are reps still trying to push numbers for 1.0. Just go back a year in your commissions statement; the upgrades this year equals the amount of boxes to hit 1.0.

The October quota is truly unattainable, The new iPhone 11 I is out of stock' yes Every model! Our store has an Apple Store across the parking lot with every model in stock, thus we are losing activations. The cliental that walk in the store are the ones that will not do content restore and actually become aggressive and confrontary if we don't stand there and look down at their phone and go screen to scree during setup, yes they get mad if their Apple password is wrong and the screen tell them that, yes they blame us. This quota over our heads while doing everything from helping the ones that can't use bill payment machine and don't know any other way to pay their bill to truly tough technical questions that we are not trained to answer and lastly the new 2 stage process of customer I'd ,And of course the SMs are worthless as ever, They don't pick up the slack. And all the unopened fedex boxes for activation and of course content restore, it's outta controls.

They will raise the hourly a bit and sell the dream that it will equal out if this is true. Just left this company and life as I know it has changed. If you’re worried about what’s to come....LEAVE!

Verizon too greedy to take away commissions. They know full well no one will work. They will just raise commissions so that no one makes any money but still sells in the hope they might make some money.
