Every park and every department company wife has been negatively impacted since S-R took over. How have your park and department been impacted since his arrival?

Part timers are down to one day a week in most departments he wants you to quit and he's not a business man he should move to Russia
Pretty basic.
Understaffed
Overworked
Underpaid
A lot of us simply don't care and say "lay us off" while we make our own plans to leave and whatever happens happens.
First thing I can think of is all of the tremendously talented people who have left because of his constant bullying as well as his demeaning and terrorizing emails and conference calls.
