New vacation policy

So just when you thought they couldn’t get any lower. Now no vacation for part time and when you leave or they close your store they will not pay out unused vacation time. (Except the few states that require they do). Make sure to use all of your vacation time before you give your notice or you will loose it. Also you can not take vacation before you accrue it.

In the State of California all vacation hours/PTO hours must be paid out at the time of termination/separation. They're benefit hours that were earned at the time of employment unfortunately they're taxed at a higher rate than working hours.

That is common sense, don’t you think so? Over the years there were so many employees taking time off while their vacation bank. Has been on negative, how could any company allow for something this stupid to happen?
