I have heard of reps pulling in over 100k last year. How is that even possible and what percentage of reps are making that kind of money? You would literally have to winfall (4-5k checks monthly) to make 100k with salary. Also is it true that reps who aren’t even high on leaderboard make this kind of money?

I'm on pace to hit 32,000 this year. Its alot less than when I was with verizon. More than half, but I'm not stressed and dont have to question my integrity.

Those 100k hitters are the 1% if that's even true. End of story. My entire market has hit roughly 80% to 100% quota since this structure change.. One of the guys in my store was top 3 in my entire territory 2 months ago and his paycheck was $1400. Nobody is making money down here anymore

I'm am also on pace to hit 100k this year. Its possible without slamming. I avg 3-5 chargebacks a month. The sales $ and business is where to make your money. I've actually done better with this new structure compared to the structure previous to the current one. Since VZ protect has came out I have been over 300% sales dollars. It's not rocket science...

Not exactly true. You can have 500% sales dollars in but if you don’t reach the minimum phone quota then no paycheck. Boxes can be hard to reach when you have a giant quota and no new IPhones on hand. I really believe that Verizon should change to a structure where you get instant commission on everything you sell. The current structure only promotes slamming the last week of the month because reps are scrambling for a decent paycheck. BTW why every month do strategic products soar at the very end of the month? This has been a company trend going back to last November.

I find it incredibly hard to believe a rep pacing to hit 100k on this commission structure only has 2 chargebacks a month. The required volume alone would guarantee at least double digit chargebacks.

For that to be even remotely possible would require the most perfect of conditions. I am talking about a mythical low quota yet high volume store. Even then you would have to have quota relief lined up every month.

Not saying it’s impossible but I would be willing to bet less than 5% of reps company wide are anywhere close to pacing 100k a year anymore.

If I am wrong please let me know the store so I can look it up on peak to try and transfer.

Im currently on pace to hit 100k. I know that I am probably going to get told that I am not selling with integrity and everything. I get maybe 2 chargebacks a month. The biggest thing I focus on would be business. Take care of the sales dollars and you wont need to do alot in regards to the phones.

Was possible before 2015, but company started toying with quota year after year, I'm selling 2 1/2 times what I used to and making 70 percent of what I used to, impossible to make money , and if you do have a good month the store quota jumps up a month or two later and they get their money back!!! This month I have to sell 130 boxes and $15000 bucket just to hit quota....

Most I ever made as a rep was 89k and that was in 2015. Then it went down to 80, 79 and now is around 60k if I'm lucky.

Quotas were not as high last year as this year, you have to be a selling machine to do that in 2019. I am sure there is few out there. The volume and the amount of people you have to sell to is ,I believe unattainable,, they have set it up that way. The stores are just content transfer stations and quota tool slamming locations ( jet packs and tablets $200 in the rev bucket) no one talks about watches or hum unless they walk in ask for it. Close the stores. Store management are all former slammers that are mostly disengaged and lazy when they get the SM position
