I can't say my core but we are currently transitioning all of our work, it is not going well, stress levels at all time high, I am looking to leave next month, you spend so much time sending work, tracking what you send, correcting work, constant training, constant daily tracking calls, tracking all errors, that you all fall so far behind, HCL Guatemala, India and Philippines can't handle the workload, f—ing up everything, sending out supplies without checking bill codes or if there is even a contract, they are not using process docs, they are clearly very unskilled, God help the customers when they fully take over, heads overseeing transitions are absolute a–holes who have no clue abour how things work, all they want is for all work to go there even though they have been told they can't handle it, be prepared because who comes to train isn't really doing the work they will train others to do the work and you will be pushed to the brink!!!!
