Channel Fighting Out of Control

What a sad state this company has become. Anyone above a director level, regardless of the channel, is so far out of touch.

They love the blood in the water. They love the turmoil and anxiety they cause.

Metrics change so much I actually spend more time in Sales Force than in front of customers.

Boys and girls, it's time to think about unionizing. I would have never thought about that 3 years ago, but the narcasiscm that runs rampant starting 4 levels up has got to stop.

They are training each and every one of us out of jobs.

you do customer service and want to join a union? your job requires no education and no training.

Get real with yourself. Without this job you might be making 35% less than you do now
