Negative feelings run rampant

profit and sales are ok. Making a bunch of money. Could be so much better. Changes needed in leadership.

Corporate doesn't care about employee morale. And the engagement surveys are a joke, because cvs doesn't care what we think. What's the point of hiring people if your going to treat them like garbage, and ignore their concerns.

Moral is awful, hourly, managers and field managers all have anger for being played and lied to. We all know whats coming yet the politics and games continue. The engagement survey that they force everyone to give good scores on and make everyone take, the flu shots billed to employees and not given. Wait for whats coming.

Cvs leadership over reacted to growing technological competition and retail existentialism and are now facing the consequences. Numbers are out.... Online sales are not directly impacting pharmacy d–g store profits.

Rule # 1 in the technology boom should be build the robots first then take away the jobs. There doing it backwards...Dorks!
