Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I need help from a current employee

Bonus criteria was met August 1, I left on August 30, I should have gotten the bonus yet I didn’t. I am told I probably won’t. I was hoping someone could get me the policy that reads something like “as long as you are employed at time criteria is met” I know it’s there, I have seen it before. Please anyone.

I believe the compensation policy states you must be employed by the company when the bonus payout is distributed, which for Q2 was in mid September.

Unfortunately if it’s not in an offer letter that it’s quarented than no they don’t have to pay you . Actually the exact verbiage in all offer letters at Lowe’s say bonuses are paid under the company’s discretion so they don’t have to pay you .
