Whole district in WI got rid of a sm in each store now it is just 1 GM 1 SM and 1 Lead rep it’s going to roll out 1/1/2020

Slowly happening in my district as well
Hence why the 0% sales growth.
So are there supposed to be postings for this "Lead" position or is it appointed from within?

May happen in WI but doesnt mean it will happen company wide.
100% true its happening all over in WI and I know of a district that is like this now if you are a SM GET OUT NOW
This actually makes sense, all you need is a GM and a SM in today's retail culture.
The fact that you say you dont need an SM means you don't actually know what an SM does. Or your SM is lazy.
Retail is over. What do you expect...
