If IBM bombs again with its earnings even after acquiring Red Hat, that should be a clear sign to the Board that Ginni needs to be kicked to the curb as CEO, President and Chairman! She's too stingy to give the former CEO from Red Hat, Jim Whitehurst, a title! :-(

@4gvt same with GBS.
We are wasting time with Agile in GTS, they could care less about earnings. What’s more important is finding more bloat processes to follow so a bunch of losers feel important. That’s the truth.
A single Q should be a clear sign? To whom, ahaha. Lou Gerstneer took years to turn things around. And he's hailed as a hero now.
Services results globally for Q3 were very bad. Brace yourselves.
As goes revenue so goes head count. They run in parallel RedHat will move the cognitive needle, but the remaining GTS and GBS will have to stand on their own. Hopefully revenue will keep up, BUT if not, look for like for like cuts. Revenue drops 5% means services will drop 5% head count
Another round of layoffs for legacy groups. The 1,000 people who got pink slips was small. Look for a 10% cut in Service.
Talk, talk, more talk. The Board has seen many clear signs and done nothing. Another clear sign will not change a thing. For whatever reason, they must like what's going on.
